The members of the Executive Committee are elected every two years at the International Convention. For any alumnus interested in running for the office of "AA", "CC" or "DD", please review the below election qualifications. The Qualifications Review Committee must have 250 copies of this form by Wednesday, July 30 at noon. If the above application is filled out and forwarded to Delta Chi and received there on or before June 26, the duplication will be handled there and included in the program book. Otherwise, it will be the responsibility of the candidate to supply 250 copies to the Qualifications Review Committee.

3. ELECTION AND VACANCIES

(1) QUALIFICATIONS--

(a) Only alumni members of the Fraternity who have one or more of the following qualifications shall be eligible for the office of “AA”:

(i) One full term as a member of the Board; or
(ii) Service for two or more years as chairman of a standing committee or continuing program of the Fraternity, or as Legal Advisor; or
(iii) Service for four or more years as a “BB” or chairman of an Alumni Board of Trustees or as a member of a standing committee or continuing program of the Fraternity; or
(iv) Extensive and distinguished service to the Fraternity in any official capacity equivalent to any of the foregoing. Such qualifications shall be determined by a two-thirds vote of the Convention.

(b) Only alumni members of the Fraternity who have one or more of the following qualifications shall be eligible for the office of “CC” or “DD”:

(i) Any qualifications listed under subparagraph (a) above; or
(ii) Two or more years service as an employee of The Delta Chi Fraternity, Inc.; or
(iii) Registered attendance at two or more Fraternity Conventions.
