Flying

For those planning to fly to Las Vegas, you will be glad to know that the McCarran International Airport (airport code LAS) is one of the largest commercial airports in North America, serving almost 12 million passengers annually. It is a hub for multiple regional airlines and provides service for more than 50 different air carriers. There are more than 320 daily nonstop flights to over 80 destinations. So it should be able to fit your travel needs at a very reasonable cost.

A tip on booking airline travel: first decide when you need to be at your destination and when you need to get back. The go to one of the online airfare sites (expedia.com, travelocity.com, etc.) and search for flights that fit your needs and are reasonable in price. Then go to that airline's website and search for their rate for the same flight. Be selective when looking for the best airfare and you can end up with a great deal.

Or if time is money and you simply want to have a travel agent take care of the details, you can contact Traveleaders, the official travel agent of the 2008 International Convention:

To keep costs down as much as possible, you are encouraged to research fares as much as possible. Many airlines such as Southwest offer group discounts on fares when 10 or more people are all on the same flight. Don't be afraid to call airlines and ask them what sort of discounts you might be able to arrange.
